Elizabeth M Gregorio

Elizabeth (Betty) Marie Gregorio (Reis), daughter of Bernard and Francis Reis, born October 19, 1939, a cherished member of the Moorestown community, passed away peacefully March 9th, 2025. Betty graduated from Moorestown High School, where she met her high school sweetheart, Ralph Gregorio (husband), she was an active participant in the Color Guard, showcasing her school spirit and dedication. She began her professional career at the Burlington County Trust Company where she worked diligently as a bank teller in the drive up. Many said she could have been President of the bank and yet her commitment was to her family. Betty was involved with the Moorestown Women’s Club, where she collaborated with fellow professionals to enjoy and understand the growth of her town. As a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Betty dedicated her time as a CCD teacher, imparting faith and values to the younger generation. She was known everywhere in town as “Betty Boop”. Betty’s legacy of love and helping all of her children’s friends (which we called Betty’s round table) will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. She truly held our family together! She was strong, courageous, and loving. This wouldn’t be complete without saying/mentioning her friends, there were so many and one that touches closest to our hearts is Mrs. Wawa (Joyce Walters), our second Mom. Wife of the late Ralph Gregorio . She is survived by her loving children, Denise Marie Frehr and Ralph Gregorio (John Lartin). Also cherished by her grandsons, Gregory Ralph Frehr and his fiancé Samantha Smith, Joseph Andrew Gallagher (her rock) Bernadette Constantine, sister; and brother Raymond Reis (Susanne) Joe Gregorio (brother-in-law) Ren Dee Frehr (her great-granddaughter) along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by Geraldine Gregorio (sister-in-law) Dave Constantine (brother-in-law) and David Constantine (nephew) and Ralph & Marie Gregorio (in-laws). Mass of Christian burial 10:30 am Friday March 14th at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 42 W. Main St. Moorestown, NJ. Viewing will be held Friday morning in the Church form 9:30- mass time. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Moorestown, NJ.
