Tony (Anthony) D'Aquino, age 75, passed away at home in Moorestown, NJ, with his wife, & soul mate, Carollynne Kurtas D'Aquino & daughter, Michele by his side, along with furbabies, Lulu and Bella. Born in Philly, he later moved to Warminster, PA, before moving to Moorestown, NJ. three years ago. Tony was predeceased by parents, Alfonso & Eleanor (nee DiCicco) D'Aquino. He is survived by children: Laney D'Aquino (Ashland, OR), Michele D'Aquino (Delray Beach. FL), Shannon Michael Kurtas (London, UK), and Grandson Zachariah Nichols (Culver City, CA). He is also survived by his Brother Joseph & Lucille D'Aquino of Jamison, PA, nieces Christine & Mark Ardalan, (Ho-Ho-kus, NJ) Nancy D'Aquino (Jamison, PA), Survived also by Sister-in-law, Janet Knowles (Moorestown, NJ), nieces Donna Steinhagen (Frenchtown, NJ), Diann & Tom Lynam, (Pipersville, PA); survived also by Brother in-law, Michael Kurtas & Teresa Rafferty (Olde Bridge, NJ) & his children Kelly Kurtas (Shippensburg, PA), Amanda & Nathan (Wormleysburg PA), Brian & Jason Kurtas (Philadelphia PA), Matthew & Alexis Kurtas (Shippensville, PA), Courtland Kurtas (Eatontown, NJ). Tony suffered from the ravages & side effects of Vascular Dementia, and Emphysema after a career as a tool & die tradesman until his final 6 career years working as the Maintenance Supervisor at Wegmans in Warrington, PA. He loved to tinker around in his man cave at home with trains and almost every tool possible from Harbor Freight and other tool & train stops. Tony D'Aquino was well liked and well loved as a generous, kind and fun co-worker to many, and a loving husband and a good father and grandfather. Tony D'Aquino is and will be cherished and remembered as the lovely gentle man he was. From his wife: "I will always, always love you" I cherish the fact that you took your very last breath as I kissed you and told you I loved you.❤ Rest now, my love. You have earned your wings to be in God's arms! Thank you for loving me unconditionally for the 24 years we had together.
