Moore, Elizabeth M. “Betty” On November 22, 2014 age 87 of Moorestown, NJ. Betty was born in Camden at the Bellview Hospital to Philip and Doris Souder. In 1930 she went to Chicago and lived in LaGrange Illinois for 10 years. She came back to Moorestown and attended Moorestown Friends School graduated in 1945. After high School she went on to Steelman Business school in Camden and then worked for the North American Ins. Co. in Phila. Betty married the late Granville B. Moore Jr. in 1954 and they had their daughter Mary in 1956.She had attended the Moorestown Friends Meeting as well as the Baptist Church of Moorestown. Betty enjoyed knitting, embroidery and singing with the Woman’s Club of Moorestown and would be remembered as a devoted and protective of her family. Survived by her daughter Mary Elizabeth Moore. Funeral service 10:30 am Sat. Nov. 29, 2014 at the Lewis Funeral Home, 78 E. Main St. Moorestown, NJ. Visitation Sat. 9:30- 10:30 am. Entombment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
