Kenneth R. Eshelman, “Ken” Died on Dec. 15th 2021 at Moorestown Estates at the age of 85. Ken was born on July 7, 1936 to Sherman & Mabel (nee Hess) in Waynesboro, Pa., He served in the Navy in Japan prior to graduating from Elizabethtown College in Pa. Ken was employed by Texaco as a real Estate Broker for 35 years. Upon retirement, he gained part time employment with Nationwide Petroleum Consulting Co.as an executive Vice President. Retiring at the age of 83. Ken was a longtime faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown.He was active with the Men’s Bible study following his retirement. Ken was a very active volunteer for (NAMI) the National Alliance of Mental Illness , both with the Burlington Co. Chapter and Statewide. He was an avid organizer of the charity Walks and supported fund raising efforts. Ken served as a Board member of NAMI- NJ for several years. Survived by his wife Martha (nee Dunmire). His daughter Elaine Miller (Nee Eshelman). He is the Brother-in-law of Rosemary Eshelman (nee Benchoff) and brother of the late Weldon Eshelman. Memorial service 11 am Sat. Jan. 8th, 2022 at the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, 101 Bridgeboro Rd. Moorestown. NJ. Private interment Presbyterian Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to NAMI, c/o the Moorestown Community House, 16 East Main Street, Suite 5, Moorestown, NJ. 08057. or the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown.
