Margaret V. Wesolowski

Margaret "Marge" Veronica Wesolowski, (nee Walters) aged 85, passed away on September 13, 2024, in Barnegat, New Jersey. Born on October 31, 1938, Marge was a cherished member of her community and a beacon of love and kindness to all who knew her. Marge graduated from Moorestown High School, New Jersey (Class of 1956), and spent much of her life dedicated to raising her family in Maple Shade, New Jersey. She also had an extensive circle of friends. She was the loving wife of the late Stanley Wesolowski, with whom she shared 63 extraordinary years. Marge was a devoted mother to Janice Powers (Jamie), Rosemary Horsey, Margaret Alexander (Jim), and Jennifer Krause (Mike). She was a treasured grandmother to Katie Forbes, Steven Horsey, Andrew Horsey, Brooke Barney, Madison Barney, Olivia Barney, Gavin Krause, and Alexis Krause, and a great-grandmother to Steven Horsey. Her life continued to be enriched by her sole surviving brother, Robert Walters, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members, including Connor Alexander and Mike Powers. Marge was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, and her brothers Jack, Donald, Andy, Richard, and David Walters. Marge's home was filled with love and laughter. She was a passionate fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and found great joy in watching the evening news with David Muir. Her hobbies included gardening, shopping, enjoying her hummingbirds, and clipping coupons from the weekly ShopRite ad. Marge truly treasured the moments spent with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Barney. A viewing will be held from 9:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Lewis Funeral Home, located at 78 East Main Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057. A service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marge's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, https://www.stjude.org/donate , an organization she deeply admired. Marge's legacy of warmth, generosity, kindness, and devotion to family will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
